Are you glad you did it? I saw this a couple months ago and was very close to doing it but decided not to. Yea how do you like it? I did the simple redtint. It’s a bit dark but I looks perfect at night so I’ll keep it. Might do this with the red tho I wonder what that would look like! Hey guys, I do like it, it's still legible in bright sunlight and at night it looks even better than it does in the pics I posted here. Were I to go even deeper down the rabbit hole I'd investigate altering the color of the backlight LED's themselves. This would be no easy task, since the diodes are quite small and soldered directly onto the circuit board.

That has to be the smallest clutch lever I’ve ever seen. and this is their 1.5 finger lever, they have a 1 finger that cuts it down from 4" to 3.5" I like it tho, it is quite comfortable.

Removed my oxford heated grips (After 1 week installed) and installed OEM grips. The oxfords were very thick, I’ve only ever had stock grips on all my bikes. The heat they put was nothing short of spectacular however they changed my riding comfort and experience in an extremely negative way. It was very surprising to me as I’ve only read positive things about the OXFORDS. Ive never had hand numbness while riding and the oxfords made even 20 minute rides a painful experience. I never would’ve thought such a small change would turn into such a huge problem. HUGE SHOUTOUT TO fz10.org/user/977 ( itsjeezus18 )for selling me his OEM grips and shipping them faster than I could say thank you. You helped me fall back in love with this bike! It’s been a wonderful week of pain free moto jamming!

I guess now I know, thin grips are good grips. Surprising though because I have Bear paws for hands.

Got my Lextek muffler in from the UK and made my own custom shorty exhaust for super cheap compared to prices of full kits. Modified the DanMoto decat link pipe. Total cost $387.xx and my time.

I’m thinking of going with just the Giles risers since I’ll be able to lower the shock bar and move it forward. Anyone here tried that without also swapping the bar yet?

Motul 7100 10w-40. Kick stand extender. Comfort seat with FZ stiching on my MT... Darn Amazon. Swingarm lift pegs to use with Pitbull stand. Tank bag. Thinking about levers and which color to use on Matte black MT...suggestions?

How many miles did your tire last? What are your plans on a replacement? How many miles?

Added radiator guards to appease the forum gods 🤣 Cheap set from Amazon. Fit and look great other than the logo on the oil cooler guard being upside down but I went back to the listing and it's that way in the pics 🤷♂️ Probably just fill it in with a sharpie or something

Installed my LCD flip kit and color film. Was a bit of a pain getting all the old adhesive off but it came out great.

I installed a set of black Lightech chain adjusters. These things are amazing! Chain adjustments and keeping the chain and wheel aligned is stupid easy now. I know they’re pricey but I feel they are worth every penny.
A couple of notes on the install. Do not use the washer on the the axle with these and only torque them to 100nm or about 74 foot pounds. I call the US distributor directly to ask them about these things because the directions about the washer was a little vague.

Put my rear wheel back on with my minty fresh rear tire. Had 1415 miles on it when I ran over a pair of tweezers in a CVS parking lot that went dead nuts through the center. Also tore the bike down to remove body panels and tank for a wrap in 3M satin smoldering red. I also installed my ECU that just came back from 2WDW for a flash and installed my BMC air filter.
