larsony99Were you able to try it? Also any idea if the voltage drop on the connector in the video I posted over is normal ? Hey, sorry for taking so long. Even with just one grip connected, I had functionality of the grips on my dash. It showed up on the main screen and I could access the settings in the menu. It even turned on, although I didn't have the engine running since my son is asleep already. I'm not sure about voltage drop, but I think you may need to RMA and replace your grips.

Where under the screen? I took off the screen, the mount, and the plastic piece and all I got to was the turn signal wires and the back of the dash. Do I need to take off more? these should be the heated grip wires not the turn signal wires unless we're not talking about the same thing? If you post a picture of it, I'll show you which connections exactly. How did you get the plastic piece under the windscreen off . I removed the bracket..

I got mine off eBay Australia, if anyone is still trying to find heated grips. I took off the windscreen and the bolts with bracket, how do I get the plastic piece off , not sure where to pull or if there are hidden bolts?

I took off the windscreen and the bolts with bracket, how do I get the plastic piece off , not sure where to pull or if there are hidden bolts? The last plastic piece just has friction fittings. You just pull on it. If you need some leverage, use a plastic trim removal tool. There should be I believe 7 bolts total; 4 on the screen and 3 on the bracket.

Like said above, if you removed the 7 bolts, the last plastic piece just need to be pulled to remove it. It looks like an upside down triangle. Start with the bottom part then the 2 other ends on the top. It needs a bit of force but they don’t break easily. I’ve removed them plenty of times and never had an issue
