I had the static suspension set up done this week, well worth doing imo, see BJ's you tube blog for more info.

Did the AIS plates 2WheelDynoWorks supplied you with have a machined or flat bottom on them, the ones they sent me were flat and the valves or reed valves in the valve cover have a small nipple that prevents the flat plate from sealing, until I can order some Graves plates, I capped the stock ones where the hose went in and reused them, I went to the auto parts store and got some heater hose caps, the largest vacum line cap they had was too small.

Mine were also just flat. All I did was pop off the small nipple with pliers and smoothed it out with a dremel. Now they sit perfectly flat.

I thought about doing that but I wanted to be able to put the bike back to stock if I ever would have a warranty issue or want to sell it, I bought blank O2 sensor plugs and installed the Graves EVR 3/4 system, I'm going to try and find an R1 titanium header to knock a little more weight off the bike and for asthetics, I'm going to put everything back together and hopefully ride a little tomorrow if the weather cooperates. I will report back as soon as I get a ride in, hope the flash and pipe liven up performance and improve the fueling. I also got a set of SWMotech Blaze bags and their rear rack to mount up a small bag on to carry my tools and tire repair kit. I'm will get their mount ring and a bag similar to what another member has.

upload from webObviously biased but i do like the blue. Nothing major but I put frame sliders and spools on. Levers are on the way from stoltec. Finally got to take it out for a decent ride today. I'm garaging at my parents house til I can get an apartment with a private garage stall. Next will be shorty levers (when they arrive) and ss brake lines as the oem lines are definitely soft. I am eyeing the graves evr exhaust

The blue color scheme really looks nice on your bike, if that would have been available in 17, I might have chosen it over the grey, but I'm happy with my bike. I finally got a short ride in to see how the flash and Graves 3/4 EVR system felt, I haven't ridden my FZ for almost 3wks, but it definitely pulls harder in the lower rev range, and the fuel cut off from decel is greatly improved, I never ripped it too hard but it feels better post flash, the exhaust didn't seem too obnoxious but my wife said it was loud. The bike feels like the throttle response and power are improved, a longer ride is needed but road conditions aren't great now, we had some salt put down and until it rains and washes it completely off the roads, I limit my riding.

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Aez_XRww17osMrshIkeI_McLYl4gwHRnWnYM8Pbq4r8/edit?usp=sharingI've been working on this for a few days and I did capture the AR belly exit. wondering how the short can affects back pressure (main reason i'm interested in hearing more about the EVR), but it looks sharp. I'm crossposting this to the exhaust thread as well, but since this is really the most active one i thought some people might be interested on a rundown. If I missed anything, you find dyno data that i missed, or my notes are wrong in any way, feel free to comment and i'll update.

Did something bad to the 10. Crashed it unvoluntary. Luckily not too much physical damage. But the bike has a lot of damage. Almost half of the new price in my country. €7200, £6400 or $8537. Ran into a car from the rear. Weather was clear but a little damp that night, 3 days ago. Little ultra tiny drops of moist from the air settled continuously on my glasses. Kept wiping it of. Had a dark visor, which was stupid. Couldn't estimate the distance between me and the cars in front. My speed was a lot slower than normal. Had to, at times I just saw a blur of rear lights. Riding on the slow lane (right), the cars in front started to slow down because the 2 lanes became 1. Stupidly I decided to pass them. I looked in my left mirror, turned my head to the left to look over my left shoulder, a car passed with not too much speed difference. Another wipe on my glasses, one more look too the left. Suddenly the group of cars started to slow even more. Sh...t I remember thinking. I just had enough time to point the bike left but was too close to the car right in front and hit the car on the left rear. Hard noise of metal and plastic on plastic/metal of the BMW. My speed must have been 50kmh or so. I went over the bars, fell in the left lane. Fortunately there wasn't traffic in that lane at that moment. I didn't fell far of the bike, so my speed must have been quite slow when I hit the car. And the bike was 1 meter behind the car but on the left lane. Picked up the bike and shoved it to the emergency lane. Then I started to curse at myself for being so stupid, for not putting my lenses in instead of using my glasses that morning, for not taking the car. Some say I was lucky that there were no cars in the left lane. Maybe true, but I didn't have to be lucky if I hadn't been soooooo incredibily stupid.
2 police cars arrived, then a towing truck and an ambulance. No need for the last. The 10 was brought to the towing company. I went home in a taxi. There the friendly taxi driver told me he had to drive a motorcyclist home that morning with a similar accident. Ther were a lot of accidents that day the towing truck driver told me. Not really comforting.
Because of the dark I couldn't see the damage to the bike exactly. But the next day afternoon I went to my garage where they took the 10, I saw there was a lot more damage than I hoped for. Yesterday they gave me the estimate of the price, incl. labour. I can have it partly repaired with after market parts which are sometimes cheaper but not always of bad quality. Perhaps the 10 turns into a real naked bike with 1 round led headlight. But it won't be very soon.
From now on I will only ride a motorcycle, hopefully the 10, when it will be good temperatures, sunshine and clear weather.
I only want to ride to have fun now. That day I was a little cramped on the bike, cursing the weather and the cold. I wasn't really happy on the bike and then this happens. No more.
Cheers

What an absolute bummer mighty10. Sorry to hear about the bike but good to hear you're OK mate, at least you didn't need the ambulance. Cheers

I have had the EVR now for about 6 months after initially using the Akra midpipe and can. I don't have any graphs to post but my butt dyno says its stronger, especially the lower midrange that was lost with the Exup removed. Graves perhaps has a dyno graph on his website or maybe available for the asking since Chucks bike is setup the same way as mine. FTECU map with autotune.
