I do think it would have made sense to have it somewhere with some good riding roads around, which this area definitely lacks. Florida is filled with people who love bikes and cars though, and it's a good area for brand exposure so if they are planning other locations this could be a good place to start.
To be clear though, this is in downtown Orlando, which is a good 20 miles away from Disney, so it's quite a ways from the typical tourist traps, so hopefully it doesn't become one. They definitely took their time setting it up, taking over and renovating two or three 100 year old buildings, keeping lots of exposed brick on the inside and refinishing or repurposing lots of old wood. If you're in the area I'd make it a point to stop by.

Ah, your last paragraph made me feel better. I got nervous that they turned this into some sort of attraction. Phew!
I'll hit it up the next time I'm in Orlando.

Evotech Performance Radiator & Oil Cooler Guards
ASV F3 Levers
TechSpec Tank Grips
Trying to behave myself and not order a ton of stuff but its hard lol...going to pick up CRG Hindsight Mirrors with Rhino bar end mounts next most likely.

Had a dead battery at a gas station this morning so I took the ...opportunity... to upgrade to a Shorai Lithium Ion. So crazy how light they are.

Rode about 25 miles at night, gotta love these headlights. Also changed the oil and filter @1200.

Rode it, went into kohls for 5 mins. Come out to see that someone stole my helmet and gloves off my handle bars. I learned a lesson, but who steals a helmet when its 100 degrees? The inside was like a bowl of soup after a 30 minute ride.

I didnt think some one would actually steal a helmet drenched in sweat. Ordered the helmet lock needless to say. |

Had this happen to me back in 2004 at a Gas Station. Went in to use bathroom and was gone when I came out! Of course the video system wasn't working they said. Made me feel like one of the workers there did as they were less then helpful or concerned about it.
I NEVER let my helmet out of my sight!! It goes in with me where ever I go. IF I have to wear it while using a toilet.....so be it. LOL
