Made a video today showing the sound of the Akrapovic 3/4 Titanium System on my FZ10. I wanted to make a clip that showed something other than the standard start and rev it that everyone posts. In this clip: 1. Normal take off from a stop. 2. 2nd Gear @ 35MPH Pass 3. 3rd Gear @ 35MPH Pass 4. 6th Gear @ 60MPH Pass 5. Accelerating using the quick shifter. Beautiful sound, and a great video that should be set as an exemple on how to demonstrate exhaust sound...most excellent! Awwe Shucks!!!! Thanks!!

I got to ride it in to work for the first time since I got it a couple weeks ago. First day with rain chances I was willing to risk it with. I put on my CRG Arrows with rhino bar ends the other night and they are great. So nice to be able to see behind me instead of looking at my elbows!

Good Morning: I swapped my rear rotor for a Galfer from Stoltec. It looks really nice. I weighed the stock rotor and the rear sprocket protector (it's actually called a 'bracket' in the parts fiche) that I removed at the same time. The two together weighed 2.25 lbs (2 lbs for stock rotor, 0.25 lbs for the sprocket protector). The Galfer weighed exactly 1.25 lbs. An easy 1.0 lb saving of unstrung weight.

Glad everything worked out! This is one of the best bang for the buck methods to remove unsprung mass on this bike. Easy peasy!

Rode it to Ace Cafe for brunch with a couple of friends. Had no idea Ace set up a US location. Looks like you guys were the only ones there. How was it? Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to swing the Ace when in London a few years ago.

Yeah, it just opened in the last couple of months. The food was great and the place is filled with unique and/or vintage bikes along with lots of moto related artwork and photography. There's also a Dainese store and soon there will be a BMW dealership connected to it as well.
I think they just started doing brunch so I'm not sure if the word is out on that yet.
They've been doing different car or bike meets just about every night of the week and have bands there most weekend nights also. Last Thursday there were over 200 bikes in attendance. Hopefully that kind of thing keeps up because it's a cool place and I'd love for it to stick around!

That's interesting. Orlando would have never entered into my mind as a possible location.
