I thought it would be best to have the bike dyno'd after mods. I want to bring it to 2WDW and have them do it in person. Also, the package doesn't indicate whether it modifies the air intake or not, which I thought was always beneficial as well.

Intake mods on these bikes loose HP according to 2WDW's testing and aftermarket air filters don't gain anything

Most cat delete pipes with slip on should yield similar results so I would go for what looks and sounds nice and fits the bill. As said leave the intake stock. If you're going for a Dyno tune you'll need the AIS block off plates so your o2 reading in the exhaust is accurate. The mail in ECU tune should be very close anyway.
