So my boss owned a Harley XR1200R with a full Termignoni dual setup on it! He didn't like the look so he pulled off the Y pipe with the two mufflers! He gave them to me! It sounds absolutely amazing! Plus it has a quiet core if you like! I love it wide open!

Made the Akrapovic bracket longer and had an exhaust shop opened the muffler up just a hair!  |

Man I love that can. Going to check on getting one and have shop mod the opening.
Also looking at some of the LV cans as well.

Does anyone have a sound clip with the LV decat and LV factory S can w/o Db killer installed? Curious if it is as loud as having the Graves slip on with the decat. Let me know your impressions if u have this set up. My neighbors are going to be happy if I can tone it down say 10-15 db

 Added a 1.6 gallon acerbis tank to the MT-10. Gives 6.1 total gallon. |

I should finally be getting my austin racing exhaust in a few days.
Do you guys recommend using sealant at the link pipe?
If so, any recommendation on which sealant to use?

I did not have to use any sealant on my 2 previous bikes (MT07 and MT09) with an akrapovic exhaust. I saw a video of someone installing an AR exhaust on their MT10 and they used sealant. Also I found instructions of an AR exhaust for a s1000rr in which it says to use sealant so I wasnt too sure. When I do install the exhaust i will probably dry fit everything and wont add sealant unless it looks really loose |

Yosh Alpha T is a great system and can be had for cheap. I got my 3/4 Alpha T SS system for $650 so deals can be had. I don't like big honkin 2 foot can hanging off the back. Yosh performs as well as anything else and a great value.

Yoshimura Alpha T is reasonably priced and produces great hp on 2wheeldynoworks dyno. They make a 3/4 SS system that you can get for $800 on eBay. I lucked out on a full yosh titanium system long ago but both put out the same power and beautiful music.

I thought I read somewhere a couple years ago that either Graves or Akra made their systems specifically for the Yamaha crossplane. I can't find that thread / article anymore. Does anyone here know?
I know we all have our own preferences on sound and brand and whatnot. I've always been a Yoshi dude but this time I want to go with whatever is the most proper for the engine, completely disregarding sound.

What is the best exhaust and air filter set up for the 23 MT10?
Looking for numbers from the dyno. I don't care how it looks or sounds.
