The stock levers definitely don't do any favors. That could make it a little easier, get something aftermarket.
You could move the lever closer to the center of the handlebars. That could help with leverage.
Final thing is to double check the routing and then lubricate the clutch cable.
The most costly fix is a hydraulic clutch.

Sounds like a cool idea. Who makes them and who sells them. Does anyone have experience installing and using one?

Well, a hydraulic clutch may or may not help. It still depends on how strong the springs are. I have a cable clutch on my R6 that pulls super easy. OTOH, the hydraulic clutch on my VFR is plenty stiff.

Funny enough my MT is the first bike I've ever owned with a cable clutch. I had a friend's ZX-10 for a couple years that had one. But my '85 VF500F, my '85 GPz900R and both of my 2003 TL1000R's had hydraulic clutches. I do find the MT clutch to be pretty stiff, I get arm pump in traffic on occasion that I never got with any other bike. I can't find any kits for the MT but I did find this thread from a while back about it with someone saying that Magura has a kit for the -09 and they can do one for the -10. Magura'a websiteMagura's PDF does list the MT-07 and MT-09 but not the MT/FZ-10. RevZilla has the MT-09 kit for $360. Looks like the difference in cable routing from the 09 to the 10 would make the line that comes with it too short though. eBay has some universal Chinese slave cylinders so then you could use whatever master and line you want
