Still 100miles away from engine break in so I could not really open it up yet. I will have break in knocked out in the morrow and serviced this weekend. So for all those "big guy" questions, I am 6ft4in and 250lbs.

Man, 1st 100 miles babying it is the last thing u want to do. Set those rings, ride it like ya stole it, avoid running it at a constant rpm.

The days of babying a new bike for the first 500-600 miles are long gone. The tolerances and burn-in from the factory are such, that it's essentially unnecessary now. Granted, I wouldn't redline it on the way home from the showroom... But I don't see any reason not to ride it like you stole it. Or at least like you borrowed it without asking. 😉
As for being a big (old) guy on the FZ10... I'm 6'4" and 230. The ergos on this bike are mucho bueno for my frame. Fits me like an iron fist in a velvet glove.

I’m 6”4 200lbs but height wise An everything this bike fits me like a glove. Especially after getting the suspension tuned it feels An rides great.
