Bought a lock that fits a 2016 Yamaha XV250 (26H-21308-01-00) and made up a bracket to fix it to the bike & keep it tucked in tight:    Cheers, MrHix |

Good job. I used the same lock piece made for the FZ8 to get to the same point, makes parking your helmet a lot easier when stopping to eat. Every bike should have a helmet holder direct from the factory, but manufacturers have pretty much eliminated this feature. That's a shame, what do they expect you to do, carry your helmet around? Sometimes I'll see helmets sitting on the ground tethered to the bike with a cable lock, not a good solution to a common problem.  |
