Due to situations with the popo I might have to revert back to a stock exhaust. I currently have the O2 sensors removed and AIS disabled and I am too lazy to take my tank off again to re-install the AIS and O2 sensors so I want to just leave the block-off plates on and O2 sensors removed. Any thoughts on if there will be any harmful effects of running the catalytic converter without the AIS? I sent an email to 2 Wheel Dynoworks for a ECU flash for a stock exhaust system but I'm not sure if that flash disables the O2 sensors and AIS.

I am running the stock exhaust with a 2WDW flash. They said the O2 sensors can be removed (they are disabled with the flash) and I have blocked the AIS hose. I don't know if they disabled the AIS (if possible) or just disabled the error code. I have about 5000 miles on this setup and no problems. The only long term issue I could see would be early deterioration of the CAT due to more fuel being introduced into the engine.
Cheers,

They can flash the ECU with no sensors and disable the AIS for sure. Nels will get back to you on this I'm sure.

I have the Austin Racing exhaust. I might just put the stock exhaust back on to pass inspection then put my AR pipe back on after 😄. I have looked into Graves exhausts before but I personally dislike carbon fiber.

Yes, having the ais disabled and o2 sensors wont cause any issues with stock setup 😊
