Yes, yes they do.
I have to agree the brackets are very unobtrusive and hardly noticeable when the bags aren't installed. Which is nice.
If you climb up on your roof and look down on your bike, I bet it looks like a penis and a set of testes. So that's a win. |

Those are some huge bags, not the most svelte look but good for sport touring. When they're off the bike the brackets are pretty unobtrusive. Be careful in tight quarters, you wouldn't want this to happen to you:

Do you like them? Did you order them directly from Shad or somewhere else? I just installed the SW-Motech bags on my bike (had to special order them from France), and I'm pretty disappointed at how they open - Because of the small opening I can't quite fit my 15-inch laptop in them, which I need for work. I didn't go with the Shads because they were so ginormous but I'm now thinking I may have made a mistake.

I like that they can carry a lot and be left in a hotel when in the mountains for a few days.

I ordered them directly from my previous link above. And yes they are sold in the US. I do like them. They have a fair ammount of space. You cold est the 36l volume to that of a backpack. I have not expiermented too much with different cargo. One should note that they will fit a full face helmet in them however if you have a com system on the side of the helmet you may have to remove it to get the bag to shut properly. Best results come by orientating the helmet facing forward on the right side of the bike. This put my Sena, mounted on left side of helmet, on the inboard side of the bag. Quality is top notch. Also if you order the "primed ready to paint" top pieces you get the carbon look ones pre installed on the bags plus a set that you can paint,,...that's two color options for the price of one! Really happy with them....

I think it is statistically significant that cops are less likely to chase a bike with saddle bags. I've sped past a few now. Just sayin....

Brand new to the group and the MT-10. Not sure if this is the right spot or not but I just ordered the Shad side bag system and tank bag system from Shad and saved 20% by using summer20 as a coupon code. Saved about $180!
