So to raise $$ to pay for hosting, the support team that keeps this place working and the huge forum update that we have planned, I'd like to have some killer forum/bike tshirts and sweatshirts designed to sell on here and then put any profit from my end towards our forum.
Anyone have any killer shirt ideas? Pics? Text for the shirts?
I'd love to hear your ideas!

I prefer black long sleeve but short sleeve is fine as well. You can put me on the list to purchase as soon as they become available. Thanks for putting together a great website, I do appreciate your efforts!

Yeah, I'm in for a couple of shirts (prefer black). I have no artistic ability so can't add any ideas as to design. There must be a graphic artist or two on this site that could chime in.

I think a black shirt would be good. I really like the FZ10 emblem on the side panels and think it would look great on a shirt. The FZ10 emblem off the bike with '.org' after it could look really neat. The bike overall has pretty unique lines. I don't have a current version of Photoshop but I believe the newer versions would allow you to take a photo and convert it into line graphics. There are also some web apps that can do this. I think doing this effect to the side or face of the FZ10 could yield a pretty cool shirt logo, and it would be a single color print.  That Ray of Darkness stuff they do to the whole MT line it is in Europe is so childish. Please don't do any of that.  |

I prefer small logos on the front. It could be the FZ10.org logo then a variety of designs on the back. Dudes wear earth colors. Black, ODG, gun metal, fde (take a hint). Fz10s carving corners, wheelies, stoppies, ya know just us having fun. How about a side profile with a Japanese style sun in the background? Just throwing out some ideas. |

 A variation of this on a shirt to make the eyes look more like an fz10 would be awesome. My photoshop kungfu isnt the greatest. Maybe something like this with fz10.org on the top or bottom? With the fz10 face/eyes.  free upload no registration |

front - yamaha emblem on top left chest/heart area.
back - outline of an fz10. at an angle so we can see both headlights but side as well (exhaust side) and the forumn name under it.
colors : red or blue with black writing/outlines

I would be up for a shirt! Still unsure if I will be able to purchase an FZ-10 due to the outrageous insurance costs but I am still willing to support the forum!

All good ideas, but keep in mind Yamaha likes to keep tight control on names and images, not sure how they would react to any copyrighted ideas being used on these items. I like the idea of the FZ-10 design as shown on our side panel emblems but not sure that would pass muster with the manufacturer. Even when they license their name they have control on what colors can be used, so you won't see any purple 'Yamaha' decals. So I think we'll have to go with a generic design, but the possibilities are endless. I do think the FZ10.org logo should appear somewhere on the shirt, that's the whole idea, to promote the site.
