Nelson Riggs CL-1060ST Tail Bag

This is a Nelson Riggs CL-1060ST Tail Bag.  It includes the water proof cover and four straps.  It has been modified with the SW-MOTECH Evo QD plate mounted to a covered wood base cut for the bag. (floor is solid and rigid).  It also is set up for Cotter Pin Lock.  The reason I am selling is I went a different way with my storage needs.
