Just bought my fz-10 for $11,999 and I am on my way to pick it up at 2pm. Worst dealership and people I have ever dealt with but the bike is worth it. My first bike was a 1983 Honda V65 Magna at 16 years of age and yes that is the bike I learned to ride on. From that day until now at the age of 44, *retired* I have been a hardcore Harley rider but decided it was time for something different, so here I am in the sport arena. Yes I still have a Harley but I have a feeling I will be spending a lot of time on my FZ. Just wanted to introduce myself, wave the hand and say thank you for the forum.

That's right about what I got mine for as well, but I have a great dealer to work with in my area. Family owned, huge (and I mean HUGE) dealership that treats customers like the old Mom & Pop businesses. Just awesome people all the way down the line.
If anyone is in the general area of Sacramento Calif. the dealer is PCP Motorsports. They'll treat you well.
But yes in the end you're getting one hell of a motorcycle that will be one of those that "speaks" to you when you ride it.

Welcome to the forum. Feel free to create a thread in the Member Gallery and post pictures of your new bike. Add any videos of your rides in our video section. Most common installs have threads showing 'how to' in our Tech Tips section.

Feel free to share the name and location of your lousy dealership. Sounds like they deserve the advertising you could provide. Give credit (both kinds) where credit is due.

I have a Harley (Softail Slim S) and an FZ-10 also. I find they complement each other well. .....and yes, you will spend a lot of time on the FZ. The bike is a force that's impossible to resist.
