I see you all have a passion for insane bikes just like me! This is actually my first sport bike. Previously was pushing my V65 Magna to the limits. If you're not familiar, 1100 V4 cruiser with some pretty insane power, 95hp in a 84 cruiser. Loved every minute of it but my final drive bit the the bullet and I decided I wanted to dip my toes into a different style of bike. Always wanted to ride a sport bike, but didn't really like the idea of being stuck in the bent over position, and didn't really want a dedicated touring bike. Spent months researching different kinds of bike, tons of adventure/dual sport bikes, tried out some ninjas, even gave the good ol V4 VMAX a consideration.
Then the FZ-10 crossed paths with me one day online, and INSTANTLY knew I had found the one. The best part was the more I read, the more I looked, the more I knew I had to get one. There's literally almost nothing I was looking for this thing didn't have. Not to mention SEXY!!!
I tried to talk myself into a FZ-09, and I still think for the money, thats probably the best bang for your buck anywhere. But unfortunately for my wallet, the dealer just so happened to have both, but the 10 he let me ride had Akropovic full system on it, and I just love hefty bikes with all that power. I couldn't help myself...I was in love. I probably over payed a bit. Especially considering its off season and if I had the ability to not look like I absolutely had to have the thing I probably could have played a little bit more hardball. Also, I have never, ever, bought anything new, let alone from a dealer, so my negotiating skills are certainly far from perfected. I got the Hi Viz model with 0 miles for 13100...does out the door mean before or after taxes? Anyway, got em to put the Akropovic Full Exhaust on there for $1500, and this thing sounds BAD ASSSS! Even the delivery guy was drooling over it. I'm happy, even if it wasn't a screamin deal. Now if Colorado would just warm up a bit so I can go break this puppy in.

Just curious if you got an actual full exhaust which replaces the stock headers and everything. Most people I have seen just have the 3/4 system which replaces the cat and the stock pipe retaining the stock headers.
