Power loss

I have a 2017 FZ-10. It has an alpha T full exaust and a ecu flash/tune from 2wdw. Recently i can feel a power loss.
Example:
My bike used to power wheelie in third at 7,000 rpm. The past few months, I can be in the high power mode, crank the throttle, dump the clutch, and it not come up in 3rd at 7,000 rpm.
Any ideas as to why??? It bearly power wheelies in second.... I did move to higher altitude, 3,000 feet higher, but that can't be this much power loss right?

If you are at or above 5000', there can be quite a drop in HP due to the corresponding drop in oxygen levels at altitude.

Mr Google says you should expect a 3% HP loss for every 1000 feet of elevation, so your bike is making 9% less power now than it was.
