So i had to change my clutch basket and plates and I'll pretty positive I put it all back together the same way it came out. Now I have an issue with the clutch though. While sitting still when I pull the lever in the bike makes a not so good sound. If I attempt to put it in gear with the clutch lever pulled in it immediately stalls while stationary. Not sure what could be wrong. Video can be found here www.reddit.com/r/Mt10/s/rn8OPkPDcIAny solutions or advice is extremely appreciated.

Sounds like something wasn't put together properly to be honest.Something is definitely rubbing when you pull the clutch

On some bikes, the last disc to go on doesnt sit on top of the others but it is rotated a few degrees and sits in a different notch in the basket. The slots that most of the friction disc and steel plates ride in, goes all the way in. The final disc has its own short slot to sit in that doesnt go all the way in. My SV 1000's cluch was like this, I havent done a clutch on an MT-10 yet, so I cant be certain. You will clearly see the short notch at the outer edge of the basket, if this is the case.

Yes the last disc should be turned, I did a clutch on mine not too long ago.
