Is this rear wheel wobble normal (with-in tolerance)?
Note: All spacers are new and installed. Sprockets are new and aligned.
Tire/Wheel is balanced. Chain is adjusted and spot-on checked.

I would say no, not normal. No idea about a specific tolerance. I just spun my wheel by hand just to check. I didn't notice any back and forth sway like that. Wasn't spinning as fast as that but I don't think it would matter. I feel like there should be very little or no movement like that, but we'll see what others have to say...

Definitely a pain in the ass but Hope that's it. I tap it in with a rubber mallet in like a star pattern.
