I will start this off. I used Nissan Body Push Type Retainers from Autozone to fill the holes.
I'm very sorry but I don't remember the part number.
It is a very simple and cheap option. I think it looks quite clean too.

r These will work on both mirror and rear peg holes. For the mirrors you need a little plumbers tape wrap and press to fit. On the rear pegs they are an exact fit. The both cover holes perfectly. Available at any auto parts store in packs of three. Less than $4.00 to fill both peg and mirror holes.

or just fit an R1 master and R1 clutch perch It's really hard to get the remote reservoir to look correct when you add this type of setup on the naked bike. Do you have any pictures of it done properly?
