I have a 2023 MT-10 with a slip-on Arrow titanium exhaust. I am considering the Arrow titanium link pipe, looking for louder sound. I don’t plan to flash ECU as I feel the bike has plenty of power for street use, I really just want it to be louder. Already been down once due to an inattentive driver, not looking to repeat that experience. If I plug in O2 sensors and get a servo buddy, but don’t flash ECU, will I keep cruise control function?

I’m sure your cruise control should function with the mods you are suggesting . Although with a decat delete I would probably flash the bike. Do your research on the mid pipe/decat for the new gen bike and the mid pipe you are buying to see if they do their homework when they manufacturer the pipe to be compatible with the stock fueling map.

+1 for the ECU flash, bike will likely run way to lean due to increased airflow.

I have heard the servo buddy doesn't always work right, just remove the cables and leave the motor plugged in under the seat. Even with the flash, that must remain plugged in, the PAIR valves must be plugged in, and the o2 sensors must be plugged in to keep everything working on a 2023.

On my 2020, I undid the cables and left the servo motor plugged in. My O2 sensors were deleted. Edit: So looks like new gen needs the exup and o2 sensors connected for cruise control. Will also need block off plates as well as the AIS isn’t in closed position like previous gen when flashed. Added a link write up by VCyclenut. Guessing you found it as well.

Could you elaborate on the PAIR valves situation, I have not come across that term yet anywhere. Does it have anything to do with AIS block off plate, or is that a separate thing?

PAIR and AIS are the same thing; an air injection system at the header pipes to reduce emissions.

Instead of block off plates I just shoved a marble in the hose that goes from the valves to the air box, left valves plugged in and have 0 issues.

Like others have said, the second gen bikes (22+) need the O2 sensors and EXUP motor still plugged in even with a flash.

Install link pipe (Akra in my case) Leave O2 in place Leave servo motor in place Leave AIS system, use the marble trick Upgrade filter Flash ECU to avoid lean conditions Enjoy new found power curve

So do ALL ⬆️ this AND retain cruise control on 2022+ Bikes?
Thanks!
