Hello, everyone! Time to delurk and say hello. =) I'm thoroughly enjoying my '23 MT10 after a 5 year absence from riding. My prior bike was an FZ-8, so I guess I'm keeping it in the family =) In the 10 years I rode before that absence, I clocked well over 100,000 miles, much of which was city driving. Here's to the next 1,000,000! Current mods: In-hand but not yet installed: Considering: Of course, continuing my skill improvements is the most important mod. Thankfully, I live near Circuit of the Americas as well as near a school that does police-style training. My wallet is screaming in fear, but I'm grinning at the opportunities. If any of you are ever in Austin, hit me up!

Welcome back, you picked a great bike!
I strongly suggest the midpipe and tune, it just frees the bike from unnecessary restrictions.
I live up in north Texas and will be coming down for my second COTA track day of the year on 9/3.

I wish I could make that - I'm prepping to run a music festival 9/9 so I'm already double-booked
Agreed on uncorking the exhaust. The bike has more power than I need as-is, but the midpipe and tune would drop operating temps and smooth out the low-end throttle response; both important as a commuter.
As far as track time goes, I used to be a regular up and down the west coast on 4 wheels. It's amazing how much translates to 2 wheels!
When it comes to police training, I've been thinking about that a while - then this video came out and sealed the deal. Basically... autocross for street bikes. =)
