i just got a 23 mt10 i stand 5'9" and have a 30" inseam can anyone point me in the right direction for a good lower link kit

Welcome to the forum!
Lowering links are bad for suspension and increase crash risk. I don't normally talk short riders out of them because rider confidence is usually more critical, but 5'9 to me is a little tall for needing lowering links.
Consider getting your suspension tuned. A suspension tuner might be able to help you out and not sacrifice handling as much.
To each their own though and do what you think is best. Good luck!

I am the same height and inseam and can see how the bike is about the limit of flat footing as I often am more tip toed because its more comfortable, but I agree that lowering is an absolute last option that if you could find a different work around to be more comfortable for you it would be a better option.
