I am in process of replacing the radiator. I removed it a few weeks ago and now I have trouble mounting it back on. The cables, etc are on the way and I can't figure it out. I mounted it, but I feel like it shouldn't take that much effort to mount it. I would like to double confirm that my radiator is mounted correctly. Manual doesn't show exactly how to route the mount between the cabling. I couldn't find any good pictures online or on this forum.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could take pictures of how the mounting looks like at these points:
Hello, i just quickly took some pictures while MT-10 is parked in garage. (not able to remove guard or other stuff...) Let me know if you are looking for some special angle or area? I hope this will help a bit..
I really appreciate your help. I can see more clearly on how this should be mounted. However, there are a few things that I do not see on your pictures that I see on my motorcycle.
I have a bracket that is also the bracket that the side plastics are attaching to. I have no idea where it should be located, or even if it should be bolted the way I did it. I plan on removing it from the bolt there, but I am unsure where to "place" it. It is on the way to have a clear access to the bolt.
Here is a side view of that bracket:
I have a question about this picture of yours:
It seems that the bolt does not have a washer on it. Mine doesn't have it too, but it is weird how the radiator will stay in place if there is no washer... What is the right side of the radiator mount on your picture? I marked it in red on the picture above. I don't have anything there on my bike ...
