I'm trying to purchase a comfort seat for my new 2023 MT-10, but they are all sold out everywhere in the US that I've looked. I've also seen those Corbin seats but I'm not too into that look.
My question is regarding fitment. I've heard/read that the 2022-23 model comfort seats will fit the previous model MT-10s (2018-21), but what about the other way around?
Does anyone know if the comfort seat for the 2018-21 model-year MT-10s will fit (without modification) a 2023 MT-10? It seems obvious that if the new one fits the older models that it would be compatible the other way around. But I'd like to be sure.
The older seats are in stock online and I know I can purchase and return if it's not a fit. But rather than going that route, I figured it's best to ask here in hopes I'd save the hassle of the order, wait, return, refund, if it came down to it not being a fit.
Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it should fit but the older seats are FAR less comfortable. Get a cheap sheepskin until the next shipment of the new comfort seat arrives.

I’ve had the new comfort seat on my 22 for about 8 months now and it’s very comfy. Never tried the old one but like said above, I’ve heard they are not as nice so I waited until the new one was available. Totally worth it
