Was riding when I started to lose power and got a check engine light, took it to yamaha and they told me it was my exhaust causing the issue. It spit out an exhaust and intake code. So I got my ECU flashed by 2wheeldynoworks thinking it would fix it. I unplugged the o2 sensors as instructed but the issue is still there, I randomly lose power at highway speeds. Any idea why? Thanks! Exhaust austin racing decat.

That's a weird one... I've heard of a lot of people running MT10's and really any bike with decat's and no tune for thousands of miles without issues. That being said, I'm sure it still could have created an issue, but like you I figure there was good chance it would be fixed by getting a tune. Maybe your air filter is plugged up or something? I don't know
I'd say best course of action is emailing 2 wheel dyno works and thoroughly explaining the issue to them. They would probably have the best idea on what is happening out of anyone.

That is wired. Plugged injectors? I assume u are using good fuel? Your setup shouldn’t cause any issues.
