Hello everyone, I just had my rear tire replaced so I had pulled my rear wheel off the bike, up on reassembly, the brake caliper in the rear seems to be shifting back and forth when pressure is applied and flexing the bracket that it locates on. The rear brake lever builds a little pressure but is still bottoming out. I'm completely lost as to what's happening with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated I've got a big ride coming in two weeks and I need to figure it out! I've recorded a video of the caliper shifting and put it on YouTube so here's the link to view that!

Check if your brake pad spring is seated properly? I had this issue while changing rear tire, rear side shim was out of spring. Also check proper toque values for long brake pad retaining bolt (must be 17 N.m), main bolts top 27 N.m & bottom bolt should be 22 N.m From video it looks like it not tight even? Little moment is fine, caliper is not stiff..
Also make sure sleeve and sleeve boot are not damaged and sitted properly.

+1 on checking pad alignment. It's possible they snapped out of position with the clip meant to retain them. Your caliper may actually be making contact directly with the rotor, which leads me to believe that's the cause of the calipers side to side motion.
I would take the wheel off, force the brake pistons back as far as you can and reseat the brake pads.
Do not touch the brakes anymore until you do that. You may be pending or warping the rotor.
