Hey everyone! Reaper here. I just got my 2023 MT10 in February and I have been trying to find a cat eliminator/slip on exhaust system but I haven't had much luck. Stuff is either out of stock or not made to fit the 2023 yet. I would appreciate any help you can give. I am not interested in Toce or Austin racing exhausts because it will be way too loud. My 08 R6 had straight pipes with an Akrapovic megaphone slip on and it was deafening, so trying to avoid doing that again. Thank you in advance. -Reaper

Just get a mid pipe and keep the stock can, its absolutely amazing sound without being ear bleeding loud.
If you cant find a midpipe online just take it to a local muffler shop and they could fab one up for you in no time for cheap.

I have the leo vince midpipe with stock muffler and am very pleased with the sound, it's incredibly addictive while not being obnoxiously loud

Thank you guys. The muffler shop idea is pretty good. Never even thought of that. As for the Leo Vince midpipe, I was considering getting that but was not sure about the quality and if I could get a different brand muffler down the road. I was not impressed with Leo Vince's slip on options. If there is any other information on midpipe options, feel free to keep the comments coming. Appreciate the help guys. -Reaper

I have a 2022 MT-10 and have the LeoVince resonated mid-pipe with Mivv Suono muffler, love the sound.
If you get the LeoVince mid-pipe and plan to get a different muffler later, make sure the muffler you get is designed to fit the stock exhaust and comes with the necessary fittings and gasket to bolt to the stock mid-pipe, as this is what the LeoVince mid-pipe is designed for.
The LeoVince mid-pipe exit is not angled correctly for a slip-on muffler, it would be pointing out to the right. The fitting for the stock mid-pipe is angled and the mounting type allows for the muffler to be placed at the correct angle.
I can get some pics tomorrow if you like.
Also, I put the LeoVince mid-pipe on my previous 2017 FZ-10, so I don't think you need to worry about them stating they are for the 2023 specifically.

Also make sure to order the proper leo vince mid pipe, they have one for OEM muffler and one that specifically fits their LV10 slip on. They usually state it pretty clearly when looking it up.

I have both LeoVince mid-pipes, and the only difference on the one designated to fit the LV-10 only is that it has an extra mounting bracket welded to it near the exit, otherwise they are the same mid-pipes. Not sure why they say it is compatible with the LV-10 only, as you could use the extra mounting bracket regardless of the muffler you put on it. LV-10 Only

Isn't the outlet at the muffler end slightly larger too? That picture shows 54mm for stock and 54.5 for the LV10

I measured them both.... Stock - 54.59mm LV-10 Only - 54.39mm So you're looking at less than a quarter millimeter difference. The graphite gasket and adapter parts that came with the Mivv Suono muffler would easily accommodate that small of a difference.

Thanks for clarifying that, really good information that seems to be hard to come by.

No problem.
If you notice the black rectangle hanger bracket, that is not something that came with the Mivv exhaust, didn't want anyone to think something that crappy was supplied by Mivv.
The stock MT-10 hanger bracket worked with the LeoVince mid-pipe and Mivv muffler, but put the muffler a little too close to the end of the mid-pipe for my liking. I found the rectangle piece in a drawer in my garage and the holes just happened to be the exact right location to use with the Mivv hanger bracket (used with the Mivv mid-pipe) and allowed me to move the muffler as far as it would go on to the LeoVince mid-pipe, so I painted it black and used it.

Would a Leo Vince mid pipe work with an SC Project muffler? And can anyone tell me the difference between the Graves mid pipe and the Leo Vince one?

Would a Leo Vince mid pipe work with an SC Project muffler? And can anyone tell me the difference between the Graves mid pipe and the Leo Vince one? If the SC Project muffler is designed to fit the stock exhaust and comes with the necessary adapter pipe , yes, it should fit. Graves looks like it retains the EXUP valve and does not have a resonator, the LeoVince does not retain the EXUP valve and has a resonator.

Just make sure u get the correct LV mid-pipe if you are using a slip on. The Graves setup will be a bit more quiet rolling in town until you go WOT. Looking back wish I would have went with the Graves. I have the LV mid-pipe and LV Factory S muffler and it sounds great, just wish it was a bit quieter down low. If you want to know my exhaust progression look at my gallery. I document my whole progression of mods.

To answer ur question, the SCP will fit if it’s a slip on, just know it will be really loud. The Graves setup will be throttle dependent loud. Your power will be the same for the most part. Want to say the graves flash by whoever you use is a bit more refined if memory serves me. Im sure if I’m not accurate with my assessment someone will chime in.

I was also looking at the Arrow titanium midpipe. I believe the SCP muffler is designed to go on to the stock cat so in theory it should work with a midpipe meant for the stock muffler. In terms of sound, I would prefer it to be a little louder down low so people know I'm next to them when lane splitting. Plus sometimes the wind is so loud, I can barely hear my bike when I'm cranking it so if the Arrow/SCP set up or LV/SCP set up can give me the right amount of sound without blowing my ear drums out and everyone else's, I'd be good with that. If anyone could let me know the exact item description to get, that would be a HUGE help. And thank you everyone who has chimed in with help. It's greatly appreciated.

What is the cheapest option that fits the 22-23? There's a bunch of $200 eBay options that fit the 15-21. Some say 15-22 but I'm sceptical. Is the previous gen the same connection pipe? Most say 15-22 R1, 15-21 MT-10. My Austin pipe just broke and they haven't gotten back to me yet. I hope I don't have a thousand dollar piece of trash.

All that money for those systems and it just falls apart. That's crazy.

Curious if the dent on top of the silencer is related to the pipe failure.

Yeah $1,233 shipped. I would have never paid that. I purchased the bike just a few months used and he put the pipe on it the week prior. That means I put 3,400 hard miles on it in 3 months till it broke.
I wonder if the dents were the cause or effect too. It's from hitting the peg. My friend was riding it behind me at the time and pulled over right away. I don't know if it was vibrating right before or what.
Austin replied and asked for the invoice which I was able to forward them from dude. I'm optimistic they'll replace it, maybe I'll just have to pay shipping.
