 Hello there. Just got a "new to me FZ", 2017, under 2k miles, with a ton of really great upgrades and in excellent condition. Really enjoying it so far. My other bike is an R7. The difference is night and day, the FZ is absolutely belligerent. It is making me learn a more delicate throttle control. Plan to swap the seat, and maybe add some side bags at some point. |

Welcome to the forum! Don't be afraid to leave the throttle in standard mode! It doesn't cut overall power to the engine, it just gives you a more forgiving throttle curve. Before I got my bike flashed and the throttle remapped, it was what I liked using despite using the bike only for track and canyon carving. The bike definitely has a very choppy throttle, particular in A and B mode.
Be careful on the forum from Unsolicited messages. We've had some scammers on here trying to scam people out of comfort seat purchases. I have a post in the for sale section about it.

Welcome! I'm in southern TN if you ever venture north a little...pretty awesome roads to ride around here. I'm sure northern ga aint to bad either!
