My experience is that non-performance parts don't generally add much value to a resale. With that being said, things are kind of crazy with the shortages and dealer markups so I don't even know what this market would call for right now. Also, if you find a specific buyer that wants a highly upgraded bike that they don't want to tinker with, you may be able to get someone to pay thousands over blue book value for this machine.
I think the saddlebags add additional value, definitely the pitbull stands. At the very least, You definitely have a bike in the higher range of what the Kelly Blue Book value would call for.
I would sell the stands separately. You could offload those stands for like 80 % of their price in the right market.
Otherwise and traditionally for me, replace as much stock stuff and sell all the aftermarket parts separately. That's how I've always maximized value.

I agree with RedAndBlack. The more you sell as a package the less you get from it.
But if you just want an easy sell then leave it as is and be willing to take less $$$.
Its an awesome bike and I'd hope you could get $11k for it.

Price should at least be well above $11K, IMO. I do concur with RedAndBlack's comments also.
Selling off the Pitt Bull stands almost suggests you are getting out of motorcycling. Hope that's not the case, or that you had a 'scary' incident on the MT10 that is prompting this sale.
Good luck... these bikes are so scarce, you should have too much trouble selling it. Particularly in the Springtime.

Particularly in the Springtime. I'm not giving up motorcycles. Just seeing if the market is right to sell my bike. I'm in nursing school and owning this bike isn't really the best financial decision lol. I need a car once clinicals start, so that is the main reason for considering parting ways with this beuty 🥲. The pitbull stands are in to make the offer more enticing for buyers really, and because I'm not sure if I will get another bike while in nursing school or just wait till I graduate to get another bike. Which is why I am trying to gage what this forum thinks before posting to my local market.

In my area, there are a few older MT-10 (2017-2019) posted for $12k, which feels like insanity to me. It almost make me want to post mine for S14k and then see what offers come through 😂 but it feels ridiculous to put this up at that price when the 2022 MT-10's MSRP is 14,200 (even if it not in stock). Which is why I posted here first to see what a reasonable price is.

If you find the right buyer, you can very likely get that much in this market. There's definitely people out there that want a highly modded bike that aren't mechanically inclined.

My thoughts.
Things to sell separately-
PB Stands FTECU Bench kit. Saddlebags/tank bag, mounting hardware
I'd list the bike at $12k
Might consider selling some of the stock parts separately too if the buyer isn't interested in them.
Bought my 4000 mi 2018 which was almost 100% stock for about $12500 a few months back from a dealer down in San Diego. For anyone squawking about MSRP, forget it. Dealers out here in Ca are tacking on thousands on top of MSRP, and we cannot buy anything with less than 8500mi from out of state and register it here. This coupled with current supply demand has prices pretty high these days. I got a dealer quote for a new bike with MSRP of $13k... out the door it was about $17k, so yeah...

I'm a CA resident who just bought a 2018 MT 10 with 11k miles for $10,250 from a private seller. It had yoshimura exhaust system, tail tidy, corbin seat, but also been dropped so it had some cosmetic damage. My budget was around 10k and I spent more because it was the exact color I wanted.
I've been watching fz/mt 10's for a few months now. Currently there are a lot of high mileage FZ/MT 10's from dealerships in the $13,500 to $11,000 range before taxes and markups. Most private sellers who posted at $13,500 with the "Save money by buying from me, not dealerships" have dropped down between $12,000 and $11,000.
Just my opinion as a buyer, putting the mirrors back on makes the motorcycle more appealing for photos.
If you get $12,000 or over for it that would be awesome, but buyers will probably send you offers for $11,000 to $10,000. The guy I bought from had it listed around $11,500 and kept getting offers for $9,000.
I have no idea if any of my rambling has helped, good luck on the sale!

I picked up a blue '18 with 1k mi on it late this summer for $9800. It is totally stock so figure maybe $1500 going into it right off. These things are tremendous gas pigs as we all know and not really cheap to own. There are deals out there if you're patient and don't have to have new gen.
