Can someone explain what this blue light does? The manual refers to it as a shift indicator. It seems to only turn on and stay on from about 5,000 rpm plus.

I know my shift indicator is white and comes on at or around 7k RPM. My bike is 2020 so if yours is a different year it may be a different color. Never seen it stay on in 6th gear.
