Most tunes top out in the 150-155 whp range.
Remove the cat and mail it off for a tune.
You could always get a custom dyno tune but at this point with tuners having so many years of tweaking their tunes for different parts mailing in to 2WDW or MM will get you 99% of the way there for a lot less money.
If you wanna go full bore you can get an air filter and new headers. Personally I dont really do the high flow air filters as they just let more junk get in your engine. Headers are way too rich for my blood. Just not enough gain to justify the cost.
Also try dropping some weight. I put a lithium ion battery in mine. Get rid of the exhaust servos underneath the seat. Get a 520 racing chain and rear sprocket with aluminum and steel.
There is someone here on the forums that added a turbo to their bike but ended up melting the piston heads (I think).

Buy an R1 motor, they're higher output than the MT then mod that.

Buy an R1 motor, they're higher output than the MT then mod that. I thought R1, R1M and MT 10s (till 2021) shares same engine CP4: 998cc, liquid-cooled inline 4 cylinder DOHC; 16 valves. R1/R1M Comp Ratio is 13.0:1 compared to 12.0:1 of MT-10. CP4 engine is tuned for ultimate torque enjoyment on MT-10s. Cant they be tuned vice versa?

Engine is basically the same, heads, cams and valves are different.

The R1 engine has different ignition tuning, more aggressive camshafts, higher compression, lighter internals (titanium rods), two sets of injectors and larger valves; all of this is aimed for upper midrange and top end power. Attempting to mod the MT's engine to emulate this is a waste of time and money, and you'll probably just wind up with a very expensive hand grenade.
If R1 power is what you're chasing, just replace the stock powerplant with an R1 engine. Bear in mind that you'll need the variable intake stacks, the R1 tach (higher redline), and the wiring harness.
