So before I get blasted by anyone for even mentioning plastidip hear me out.
End game is that I fully intend on getting the wheels powder coated.
What I am struggling with is making sure of what color would look good.
I was throwing around the idea of plasti dipping the wheels first and just wondering if anyone here has tried something like that before and how it turned out for them
I have a 2017 FZ10 with the grey and high viz wheels.
I am wanting to do a gold or bronze on the wheels and have some of the body work painted/wrapped black or gunmetal grey.
Thoughts and feelings? (LOL)

Do it. It's cheaper and easier to install/remove than powder coat lol. It's a good way to check colors as well.

Smart move, lot to do though. Cut out a disc the size of your wheel, paint that, affix it to your bike. Step back in broad day light and see if you like it? Just an idea.

Ever get around to doing this? How were the results? Im heavily considering doing the 2022 MT10 rims when its time to swap the tires out.
