On both MT10s and R1M, my yearly odometer reading is less than 3000Kms (~1865mi)... Shall i still change Engine Oil every six month or stick to odometer interval of 7000Kms (~4000mi) for engine oil change? (i am using Yamalube/Shell Advance 15W-50 on both the motorcycles)

If they are street bikes change at mileage or 1 year mark, whichever comes first.

One of the worries with time is oil will start to condensate and get moisture in it. But, at least with some of the research I've done, vehicles that are started regularly are able to burn off any condensation. So I don't rely on time intervals much anymore. I haven't read anything convincing that says otherwise.
I think it's personal preference.

If you're not going to ride it don't bother starting it just to charge the battery. Plug it into a tender for the winter then change the oil before you fire it up in the spring.

That's what I meant to say.

Thanks RedAndBlack & willl84! here its other way around. We ride in winter (temperature range between 66F to 78F winter), no spring! 6 month summer (104F to 136F) HOT! will pack those in summer with tender connected an i will do oil/filter change before winter start...
