Tried searching this subject but nothing came up really I Have a 2016 MT10 uk, seems cap has failed steams then dribbles coolant when up to temp ! Has this happened to anyone else of any cap upgrade over model years ?

What you describe is certainly characteristic of a radiator cap failure. Maybe check there's not some crud sitting in the rubber seal area before tossing it in the trash.

Double check that the coolant reservoir is not overfilled. When you start the bike up and particularly run it in hot weather, the coolant expands in the tank and the overflow is up near the radiator cap.
Always run the coolant in the reservoir closer to the low line if you're in a warm climate. Need that extra space for coolant expansion.

If you purchased it second hand can you confirm it's an item pressure cap?

OK it might sound basic but check that you have fully screwed the cap on. I had a problem once where the Allen key was catching on the locking tab before it was fully closed.
