Hey Guys! Looking for some help on how to fix the scratches shown below on the header pipes? I really do not want to have to take the entire header assembly off to fix this. With these being the stock stainless steel headers is there any products you guys recommend? Im looking to upgrade to the Yoshi 3/4 exhaust soon, so really only need to fix the scratches on the lower header pipes. The scratches came from an aluminum ramp that I used to put the bike in the back of my truck Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!!

I've never dealt with such a problem so I might not be the best resource but if it were me, I would get some type of metal polishing kit. Try to "sand" it a bit with some scotch brite pads and then use the metal polish kit to buff out as best as I could.

A decat install would be the perfect opportunity to swap the stainless headers out for some titanium ones from a late model R1.

The two answers above are probably your best bet. You can always buy new/used stock set as well.

Paint, wrap, or polish.

Hit it with some scotch brite pads to polish it.
