My TwoBros exhaust link pipe is stuck on header pipe connections. (muffler/silencer came out). Tried WD-40 for 3 days but no luck. Any ideas/help how to get it loose and remove?

Any luck? I would try heat. Take a torch to the pipe but a bit back from where they join so you don't heat both pipes. Wrap something around the bike maybe back near the hanger weld like wire, tubing, or rope to help give you some leverage and pull in a twisting motion.

Thanks for the suggestion. i will try heat and above method. BTW i am worried to use torch (dont want to damage oil sump/engine which is very near to joint).

Smash with a rubber Hammer on the co2 nuts on both sides,to the rear wheel. Tried but not enough room/play to get that force from rubber hammer...

This might sound silly but it's worked for me before removing turbo on a diesel with carbon sult build up over a long time. If you can get can of goof off pro strength remover it comes in a yellow can . This stuff eats carbon build up like you would not believe.
Anyway spray it in the seem where they meet alot like soak it . You should still have the mesh gasket I would assume so give it time to eat the carbon around it.
Now the silly part if you have something that vibrates you can vibrate area to help break up the carbon grip it has on the two pieces . And if that does not work then it's dremnel time and cut a slit carefully if you want to salvage the mid pipe.

Got them out! Used industrial heat gun to blow link pipe and used freezed medical bag on headers. Hammered both sides simultaneously and Voila!

The Goo Off for carbon build up is a great tip. Never would have thought of it.
