Has anyone running these been able to get the bars to turn all the way? I went with the 1" and whether I place them in the up or down position they hit the screen and gauge cluster. I removed the screen and it gets a bit more clearance but still not enough to make a U turn on regular road.
I called Stoltec, where I purchased the kit, and they said that's why they don't recommend them. Wish they would've told me that before purchasing them!
They feel great, look even better, but I can't even lock the steering because I can't turn the bars that far. I'm not sure what else to tweak since I've tried the control at several angles already.

I had to move the front bake line. Its tight but, you can definitely lock handle left and right without hitting the tank. Also, the windshield will get in the way so you need to modify it or change it for an aftermarket part.
good luck

Installed the same setup last month. Bars clear in the up and down position when the brake lines are rotated I did have to mod the windshield by removing a inch for each side. I will not return to the stock bars after these. Also or can order 2 or 3 inch risers to gain clearance if desired.

I replaced my stock screen with an aftermarket Puig copy. I have full clearance lock-to-lock with my Woodcraft setup. It takes some fine tuning of the bars but it can definitely be done.

Do you guys have radial MCs? There is now ay it will clear with the stock one, even sliding the bars all the way out which makes them wider than the stock bars. I removed the screen and they hit the gauge cluster on both sides.

Thanks for the pictures hooli. Are those the standard length bars? I don't think my bars are that long.

Yes, those are the bars that came with the kit. They're slightly longer than the standard bars that Woodcraft sells, but you can always loosen the pinch bolt on the riser and tailor the overall length.

Can you post a picture of you or someone sitting with them? And a full side picture of them? Love the set up!
