Just got back from a road trip to pick up a new to me black 2019 MT-10. 3700 Kilometres with lots of nice mods done including comfort seat, heated grips, windshield, adjustable foot pegs, Yosh can, billet levers. We still have snow on the ground here, so the wait is going to be excruciating.
I’m thinking I should order a mid pipe cat delete and maybe get a ECU reflash. What do you guys think?

When you get a chance throw up some pics.
Be careful on the cat delete. Lots of guys here will do a cat delete and then decide the bike is too loud.
Its hard to find link pipes for this bike that are not stupid expensive. Leo Vince makes my preferred one with a resonator in it but the thing is always sold out everywhere.
I found on my bike the perfect balance for me right now is to just remove the muffler and put a tip on. The cat keeps it quiet enough but removing the muffler added enough sound to make it nice.
I did an ECU reflash with 2WDW and like it. It did not transform the bike as some claimed but it made the throttle in B mode tolerable and did give a tiny bump in power.
I'm sure once I remove the cat and get it flashed again that is where the real power gains will come in.

If you dont go with a flash from 2WDW I would say try Moores Mafia. He posts a lot of his tuning videos on youtube and the guy does quality work and takes the time to get his tunes right. I'll probably go with him next time I get a tune. Hes posted 2 different videos of tuning our bikes and he gets some quality gains out of his tunes. www.mooremafia.com/ |

Thanks for the info. I don’t want the bike to be too loud, so I think I’ll hold off until I ride it as is and make a decision based on how happy I am with the current set up. Thanks again.

I'm buying a basically brand new 2017 Saturday that has the Akrapovic cat delete, AIS blockoff, and 2WDW tune. Should I take a ride down to Chris Moore or is this tune pretty spot on?
