Currently have a stock header, leo vince link pipe and akra slip on. Looking at the R1M titanium header. Anyone that has made the swap, does it change the exhaust note at all? Currently my setup is extremely deep, wouldn't mind it being a bit higher/tinny. Thinking the titanium header might just do that, and look a lot better.

A tuner told me that it would have to be retuned if you changed to titanium....not sure how that would make sense...

I have the R1M header, because the rest of my exhaust is titanium and I wanted it all to be the same.
Sound didn't change.

Yeah... That's more than getting a real one on ebay.

These things appear to be getting expensive and one said new when it looked used to me. Any links to one that's legit? I assume there's a substantial gain other than matching titanium looks.

These are the stock R1 headers after a bit of gray scotch brite and polish. Was going to say that. You need to really clean them good with scotch brite and stuff and then they'll look real nice. From what I hear they eventually turn back to a dull grey though
