Today I went down a really bumpy road (Berkeley Marina). Now the bike’s dash and running light come on with the key off and out. Pressing the horn button turns them off and pressing the brakes makes them brighter. I’ll put a link to a video showing the issue. I need to figure out how to fix the issue. Any suggestions?

Does it change if you jiggle the ignition switch? I'm wondering if the internals of the switch got scrambled a bit somehow. Either way that's really strange

Try to clean the keylock with WD40 and turn key several times, it seems to be like a bad contact inside the keylock.
