The issue has nothing to do with our mapping, as we've now replicated the same issue for another Canadian customer with completely stock mapping in place. We've contacted FTECU multiple times now about this issue. It seems specific to the Canadian serial numbers ONLY, and ONLY occurs when the Autoblipper is enabled via the FTECU software.
It looks like the issues revolves around gear position sensor reference voltage variations from the Canadian ECU's vs the USA/EU ECU's. They're still working on a fix, last we heard.
I have called ftecu 6+ times now starting from april. Every time I have to repeat the problem to them as if it's their first time hearing about it and they never gotten back to me.
I've had the Translogic installed for almost 1.5 years and haven't adjusted anything on it. A pro on a dyno could improve on the settings, but it's already great! I "feel" that it shifts smoother on the most sensitive throttle map, which is fine as that's what I prefer.
