Recently I had one of my FZ10's keys going missing and don't know if they were stolen or not. My question is, is there a way to get my ignition re keyed so i don't have to switch everything out? I still have the original programmer key as well.

Installing a scorpio alarm system might be cheaper. Alarm will sound if FOB isn't present and you can install an ignition kill switch along with it

Guard Dawg keyless ignition may be a cheaper option. I'm not sure about you guys in the US but in EU the key has an electronic immobilser chip in it and is matched to the ECU. As such you when you need new you have to replace the ignition barrel, the seat lock and the ECU which gets very expensive.

I’d suggest getting a new lock cylinder and gas cap if the thief can’t steal your bike because of locks or an alarm they may decide to ruin it by pouring sugar or sand in the tank. It’s going to cost but that’s what I would do.
