Haha i'm trying to make 200hp FZ10, it's may hear some stupid so if I have something wrong please forgive me.
As the topic's name. Can we convert R1 to FZ10 ?
Im my opinion, both bike use same main frame, swingarm, and the engine so that we only need to change fairing, headlight, subframe, handlebar or maybe rear and front shock. If success, we will have TFT colored display, Lean Angle-Sensitive Traction Control System (TCS), New Engine Brake Management (EBM), Launch Control System (LCS), and yes, 200HP.
What and why it's possible or impossible ? Can some explore my stupid brain ?
*Asian english, hope you guys understand, haha. Thank you

Saw your height in your other post. R1 might be a better fitting bike anyway.
If it were me, and I really wanted to to that, I would probably just buy the R1 and: -Change the chain and sprockets to 15/45. -Flash the ECU. -Adjustable rear sets. -Handlebars or clip on risers (not sure what all is out there in this market, but probably a solution that fits you). -And leave the fairings on, but I wouldn’t want to mess with trying to fabricate everything necessary to swap body parts, and maybe end up with it looking like a mess. Especially on that expensive of a bike. -Exhaust (if you want to) and any other desired mods.

Thank pc1978, I got surprise when you still remember my old post and I also think like you hope the fairing of R1 and FZ10 have same socket.

Wouldn’t it be easier to start with an MT-10 and swap in an R1 engine, harness, sensors, ECU, and display? Find a wrecked R1 and swap over the R1 electronics and engine.
