Eversince I installed the autoblipper on the fz-10 I've been having this problem:
The bike will jerk everytime I disengage the throttle in 6th gear (it will continue jerking until i reapply throttle) it sounds/feels as if it's trying to blip down to fifth gear. If I keep the throttle steady it rides fine. All other gears work fine. I adjusted the clutch free play to spec but that didn't fix the problem
It will not blip down from 6th to 5th It will quick shift from 5th to 6th

I'd start by checking the gear lever and linkages are tight.

I'd start by checking the gear lever and linkages are tight. They were loose and now the autoblipper shifts smoother but the 6th gear problem remains. It's smooth as long as I apply throttle, as soon as I disengage the throttle it starts shuttering as if the blipper is trying to downshift

I'm guessing each gear has it's own map. Might pay to contact whoever did your ECU flash.

I reflashed my ecu disabling the autoblipper and my 6th gear works fine now. Could it be a faulty sensor in the ftecu auto blipper?

"Eversince I installed the autoblipper on the fz-10 I've been having this problem:"
First line of your original post could suggest operator error on the installation. Maybe do a reverse installation and you might find where you made an error. I have no experience with the FTECU auto blipper software/hardware installation but in my experience retracing our work sometimes reveals where we went wrong. Was there possibly a calibration procedure you overlooked? I installed a MCCruise cruise control to my KTM 1090R, it had a comprehensive checklist and calibrations to perform before it was operational.

Is the shift linkage adjustable? It sounds like it may be tight and just barley applying pressure on the solenoid or whatever and cutting the ignition like it thinks you’re trying to shift.
