For the last 6 months or so if I have my bike parked outside with the sun beating down on fuel tank it seems to flood the bike. Its won't start unless I open the throttle a bit then it has to clear out excess fuel. Is fuel being pressurized in tank and pushing past injectors? Tank vent clogged? Anyone have the same problem and fixed it let me know. Dale bike has 15K miles on it and is mostly garaged.

Sounds definitely like a tank vent clogged or one of the vent hoses is pinched.
I experienced the same thing when I attempted to remove the charcoal cannister (emissions) and tried to route the hoses differently. Basically couldn't get the issue resolved and just reinstalled the charcoal cannister and returned the hoses back to normal and the problem went away. So if you were messing with the emissions stuff on your bike, that could be a culprit.
Make sure none of the vent hoses are pinched.

I haven't done any mods on bike like that since I bought it 12/17. I'll take a look when I get a chance for kink

When my 17 is parked in the sun I always see several drips of fuel from the vent hoses, it sounds like yours is some sort of vent issue.

This is to do with the heat causing the fuel to vapourise in the tank. These vapours get collected in the charcoal canister under the tank. It's a well documented symptom but the bike is doing exactly what it's designed to do as part of its emissions control. You can remove the canister and this evades this problem. As does parking it in the shade 😜

I tried removing mine and it exasperated the problem.

No I haven't removed mine mate. I'm in the UK have little reason to 🙄
I know of the issue though and that a number of tuners remove it as part of their custom Dyno flashes over here.
Sure there is a you tube of it too.
