Fabricating a mount for a chain oiler reservoir

I spray mine down with dupont teflon chain lube about once or twice every riding season. I get it at Lowes.  That's it. So far I've put about 6K km's this riding season.  Probably not much but I have 3 other road bikes to ride as well. :-)
