Anyone else have these Lightech chain adjusters? These make chain adjustments and rear tire changes super slick and quick. VERY pricey at $280, but I no longer agonize over rear wheel alignment.

I had them on my R1 and loved them. I bought some Chinese knock~offs for the FZ...big mistake. The adjuster screw stripped within a couple of rides and the back wheel slid forward. I caught it quick, but could have been messy.

Wow! Thank you for the heads-up. I will keep my eye on the screw threads!

I just mounted up a set of red ones myself. Love the adjustability and anodizing

Hi! I'm new to the forum and actually this the first time I join a forum... I bought the Lightech Chain Adjucters for my 2020 MT10 and am a little confused regarding the axle nut torque value, the Lightech's instructions says 100nm while the bike manual states a 190nm torque value it's almost double. What have you guys done? I'll appreciate any thoughts or recommendations!

What have you guys done? I'll appreciate any thoughts or recommendations! I broke my lightech adjusters when trying to loosen my axle from 137ft-lbs. I contacted the manufacturer and they replaced my adjusters for free on the condition that I agreed to tighten only to 87ft-lbs. They tested their own set on a bike at 137lb-ft that the mt10 manual says and they broke the same part. Axle would spin around and couldn't remove axle.

Thanks! This is good to know. Have you had any issues with just 87ft-lbs on the rear axle? Did the axle shift?

I'm looking at getting these along with the fork lifter adapters as well. I had a nice set of Gilles ones with the lifters on my TLR, sad they don't make them for this bike. They do make an adjuster block set but no lifter option unfortunately

Look at bonamici or racetorx for better value.
As for lifters you just put bobbins in the M6 threads on the swing arm.

I had this Gilles setup on my TLR. Shame they don't make this setup for these bikes. they have them for R1 up to '11 and Fz1 up to '14 but they're different part numbers so there's something different

Those look like a clear ripoff of the old Gilles style lol. I actually designed up my own that I'm going to mill out of some 7075. Just the lifter forks to mount to the factory holes, no adjusters.
