Has anyone used the Graves frame sliders? The website shows a nice product but what I received doesn't match a single thing on the bike. Curious of opinions and experience with this brand.

I like the ones sticking out more, mostly to protect my knees from being crushed in a fall. They should also protect the engine cases better, if you don't use protection there, like me. So I only bought my slip-on from Graves. I bought Shogun frame and axle sliders, since they supposedly use a proprietary material that is more slippery than Delrin alone, and less prone to dig. Who knows, but I'd still prefer Delrin than those Graves sliders .

I'm pretty sure most protection plastic is ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, really tough stuff. Delrin is not quite strong enough to take motorcycle weight in a fall, I have Shogun stuff too. Plastic is softer than asphalt, so "digging" isn't the problem, wear resistance is. If you want slippery, think Teflon, it can be added to certain plastics to make it slide easier. I've seen/worked/handled all of these plastics, worked at a place that sold Teflon screws and washers, those damned washers slipped right out of your hands so easily, but Teflon is extremely expensive, so not used much in this application I think.

My opinion is that they are fucking blue and look out of place... They are advertised as black.
Top picture is my bike, bottom photo is graves website...two completely different colors! Yet you can only purchase "black."

I can give you two options: 1. Call Graves and complain. 2. Go buy some black RIT dye and boil them.
If you want to use the dye, then PM me and I'll give you exact instructions on what to do, there are a few detailed steps that need to be done correctly.

I thought about painting them but from what I understand delrin is very hard to get paint to adhere to it.

No, you don't paint plastic, you dye it. (you can paint, but for this purpose it should be dyed). I have dyed many thousands of plastic parts that way in my previous jobs and my home business.
