Just purchased a set of Bikemaster Heated grips off amazon for like 40$ and i have no idea what to do wiring wise. I am normally pretty good with things like this but i opened up the seat and i can't see anything i can confidently splice into for the positive cable of the heated grips since everything is so neatly tucked away and hidden :-) . Has anyone used the Bikemaster heated grips? What did you splice into and how well do they work? These are the ones i purchased www.amazon.com/dp/B009Z1KQ2M/ref=psdc_404712011_t1_B00NYBZ4CQAny help is appreciated, i have a feeling of what i have to splice into but i'd rather not make a time consuming mistake when i can ask. Thanks all.

I've never done bike grips so definitely not an expert but you can just buy the battery terminal rings from a hardware or auto store and just hook the wires up to those and put them directly into the battery.
Hopefully they came with some type of included fuse? Never attach something to the battery without a fuse in between.

They came with fuse, but people are saying to splice it into something that is on when the bike is on just so you don't kill your battery if you forget to turn it off. I figured i'd ask around before doing that especially if it's not as hard as i'm thinking it is.

Just hook it up normally... Just don't forget to turn it off when you get off the bike or you will kill your battery.

Thanks all. I installed these this morning and it took about 40 minutes. I'm sure that they're basically the same in stall as most others. I chose these because they have integrated control and automatic shutoff. Hairsprayed the grips on, routed the wires and tied in to the battery terminals. Tried them out in 45 degree weather and kept my fingers nice and warm for over 2 hours. There's a $75 price difference so you have to remember to shut off.
